    01. Will my flowers look exactly as they are pictured?

    We always try our best to match the images of our products but sometimes we may not be able due to seasonal availability or low inventory during holiday seasons. Our florists will always do our best to match the same color scheme and arrangement value.

    02. When will my order arrive?

    Your order will arrive on the chosen delivery date anywhere from beginning at 9am., and ending when we have completed all orders. Please note that our Same-Day Delivery cut off is 12pm. Any orders placed after will be delivered next day if placed online, or give us a call to see if our delivery driver is still here.

    03. What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returns on fresh products. If a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly, please call our shop at (781) 245-0745 and we will resolve the issue as best as we can.

    04. What’s the Same-Day delivery deadline?

    We can only guarantee same-day delivery on orders that were placed before 12pm, or give us a call to see what we can do.

    05. Can I pick a time for my order to be delivered?

    We offer two specialty delivery time for special events only. Please call for any further information.

    06. Can I customize an existing product?

    We can customize any of our products, just call (781) 245-0745 or visit our store front at 9 Lincoln Street, Wakefield MA 01880 to place your order!

    07. What if my flowers were delivered damaged?

    We stand by every product that we deliver. If your arrangement was delivered damaged just call the store at (781) 245-0745 so we can schedule a pick up and redelivery at no extra charge.

    08. How do I add a message with my order?

    A message is included in every arrangement and can be customized during the ordering process.

    09. How do I make my flowers last longer?

    Cutting the stems, pruning your flowers and fresh water are a few ways to make your flower arrangement last longer. Please call us for any further questions.

    10. How long should my arrangement last?

    Depending on how you care for them, your flower arrangement can last up to a week. All cut and wrap arrangements must be re-cut and placed into water within the hour to ensure freshness .If you have any issues or concerns, please call us at the shop at (781) 245-0745.

    12. Are flower care instructions included?

    Flower care instructions are included with all of our arrangements. If you have additional questions feel free to call our shop at (781) 245-0745.

    13. Do you sell plants?

    Yes, we have a wide variety of seasonal plants. If nothing on our website fits your vision, please call so we can give you other options.
