Shipping & Delivery Policies

Specific Times:

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours of orders placed.  If you have any specific delivery instructions, please call our shop and place your order with a team member, we will do our best to accommodate requests.

Delivery Times:

Normal delivery times are between 9:00 am-2:00 pm daily.  During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day we operate extended hours and delivery times begin at 9:00 am and end when all orders are fulfilled.

Funeral Homes:

These orders are of the highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.

If No One is Home:

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the arrangement or gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, on a front or back porch, etc.  A message will be left with the recipient informing them where the delivery was left.  In the case of in-climate weather, the arrangement or gift will be taken back to the shop and we will arrange for delivery at the recipient’s convenience. 

Cancelation of Orders:

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually are unable to be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call (781) 245-0745.

Recipient May be Contacted:

In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery.

Card Messages:

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift.  Card Messages are written word for word.  We do not include any billing information with your order.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery:

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the arrangement or gift.

Request to Leave Item at Door:

The customer assumes all liability for any special instructions given to us for specific delivery locations.

P.O. Boxes:

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box.

Ordering During Holidays: 

Our store and delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior for any major holiday.

Same-Day Delivery: 

For same day service Monday thru Friday orders must be placed by 12:00pm.  For same day service on Saturdays orders must be placed by 10:00am.  

Substitution Policy

Due to the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. Our florists make every effort to maintain the “look and feel” of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.  Our florists are authorized to make any and all substitutions necessary including colors, flower variety, and vase choice, unless informed otherwise at the time the order is placed.

Return Policy

Our team prides itself in offering our customers products of the highest quality.  All of our arrangements and plants are meticulously inspected by several team members prior to leaving our shop.  If a discrepancy occurs, customers can contact one of our team members via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of the product and discrepancies will be assessed.
